Fee Structure

Fees for the coming year are determined by committee, thus unfortunately, we cannot give an accurate indication of when it will be available. Fees are however usually available by the end of August.

Complete your details on the "How Do I Apply" page to be notified once fees are released, or to request an information pack shoud fees already be available.

All units are payable up front for the year. Monthly levies are over and above the annual fee.

Breakdown of costs are as follows:

• Yearly fee payable upfront by no later than 15 December
• Levy payable monthly from January through November covers electricity, water, maintenance to the unit and 24hr security
