1. GROUNDWORKS
- Landscape paving - Approved brick paving.
- Stormwater channels - Open stormwater channels combined with a
drainage pipe system. A stormwater channel system built with
shingle to form part of the landscaping (Similar to the "Meulsloot"
in Stellenbosch).
- Roads and Parking areas - Combination of brick paving, tar and
gravel (Elevated brickpaving pedestrian crossings).
- Landscaping by landscape architect.
2. ROOFCOVER
- "Coverland Renown" Terracotta cement tiles or similar approved
by architect
3. CEILING
- Ceiling panels - Skimmed rhinoboard, standard "Rhino Plain
Scotia" cornice (Top floors of apartment blocks).
- Concrete soffits - Off shutter concrete.
4. ISOLATION
- 50mm fibreglass isolation installed on top of ceiling
brandering.

- Standard "Rhino Plain Scotia " gypsum cornice.
6. EXTERNAL WALLS
- Bricks - Cavity walls built with maxi size clay bricks.
- Finishing -1 Coat cement plaster and painted. Plaster
thickening and plaster bands.

- General - 1 Coat cement plaster. Plastered smooth with a steel
trowel and painted.
- Bathrooms - Specialist waterproofing.
- Kitchen - Ceramic tiles above sink.
8. WINDOWS
- Steel frame galvanised and painted.
- Burglar bars - 8mm galvanised mild steel with white alkali
painted finish on sections. Bars fitted to ground floor units and
windows facing onto walkways.
