Rental premium

The rental premium is a non-recurrent payment. 10% Of the rental premium as calculated below, is payable on signing of the contract and the balance before 1 December of the year in which the contract was concluded. After 1 December and before the publication of the following base year price schedule, the total rental premium is payable on signing of the contract.

Monthly rental

The monthly rental is payable monthly and provide for running expenses of the unit and include the following - administration of the complex, water and electricity, waste removal, security as well as the maintenance of the buildings, premises and landscaping. A deposit of R1000.00 is payable by 1 January of the year occupation commences. The monthly rental for the following year is annually ratified towards the end of September by the Management Committee.
