1. GROUNDWORKS
1.1. Landscape paving - Approved brick paving.
1.2. Stormwater channels - Open stormwater channels combined with a drainage pipe system. A stormwater channel system built with shingle to form part of the landscaping. (Similar to the "Meulsloot" in Stellenbosch.)
1.3. Roads and Parking areas - Combination of brick paving, tar and gravel. (Elevated brickpaving pedestrian crossings.)

2. ROOFCOVER
2.1. "Coverland Renown" Terracotta cement tiles or similar approved by architect.
3. CEILING
3.1. Ceiling panels - Skimmed rhinoboard, standard "Rhino Plain Scotia" cornice. (Top floors of apartment blocks.)
3.2. Concrete soffits - Off shutter concrete.

4.1. 50mm fibreglass isolation installed on top of ceiling brandering.
