1. GROUNDWORKS

1.1. Landscape paving - Approved brick paving.
1.2. Stormwater channels - Open stormwater channels combined with a drainage pipe system. A stormwater channel system built with shingle to form part of the landscaping. (Similar to the "Meulsloot" in Stellenbosch.)
1.3. Roads and Parking areas - Combination of brick paving, tar and gravel. (Elevated brickpaving pedestrian crossings.)
1.4. Landscaping by landscape architect.

2. ROOFCOVER

2.1. "Coverland Renown" Terracotta cement tiles or similar approved by architect.

3. CEILING

3.1. Ceiling panels - Skimmed rhinoboard, standard "Rhino Plain Scotia" cornice. (Top floors of apartment blocks.)
3.2. Concrete soffits - Off shutter concrete.

4. ISOLATION

4.1. 50mm fibreglass isolation installed on top of ceiling brandering.

5.1. Standard "Rhino Plain Scotia " gypsum cornice.

6. EXTERNAL WALLS

6.1. Bricks - Cavity walls built with maxi size clay bricks.
6.2. Finishing -1 Coat cement plaster and painted. Plaster thickening and plaster bands.

7.1. General - 1 Coat cement plaster. Plastered smooth with a steel trowel and painted.
7.2. Bathrooms - Specialist waterproofing.
