Payment: Lodging is predetermined through the payment of a rental premium calculated according to the number of years that the accommodation is required (See 'Costs').

When: At any time during the year, although accommodation for the following year historically has been taken up by the end of September.

Type of accommodation: The type of accommodation is determined by the individual student's requirement for privacy (See accommodation types below).
